B. CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS MAY NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNLESS THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR ERROR ON OUR PART. -
TIME FRAME:
A. YOU MAY INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.
B. AFTER 14 DAYS, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, EXCEPT IN CASES OF MANUFACTURING DEFECTS COVERED BY OUR WARRANTY POLICY. -
RETURN PROCESS:
A. TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN THE ELIGIBLE TIME FRAME. PROVIDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS AND THE REASON FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
B. WE WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE RETURN PROCESS AND PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURN AUTHORIZATION IF APPLICABLE.
C. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE ITEM IS SECURELY PACKAGED TO PREVENT DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT. WE RECOMMEND USING A TRACKABLE SHIPPING METHOD FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS. -
RETURN SHIPPING:
A. THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER, EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE THE RETURN IS DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR AN ERROR ON OUR PART.
B. WE RECOMMEND USING A SHIPPING METHOD THAT PROVIDES TRACKING AND INSURANCE FOR THE RETURNED ITEM. ATÉLEIA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED RETURN SHIPMENTS. -
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
A. ONCE WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU REGARDING THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
B. IF APPROVED, REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME.
C. EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED PROMPTLY, SUBJECT TO PRODUCT AVAILABILITY. IF THE DESIRED ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE, WE WILL OFFER ALTERNATIVES OR PROVIDE A REFUND. -
